This summer has been pretty intense so far but also equally beautiful. The roses have never bloomed in such an abundance and the garden is so wild and gorgeous that I sometimes can’t believe that only 5 years ago there has only been nettles and other weeds growing here.  These photos are from a little gathering with our dearest friends and neighbors Rahel Anita and Lea in June. Nora made an incredibly delicious summer pasta salad – with lemon, artichokes and buffalo mozzarella. Super easy and delicious and quick to make! So definitely just the perfect dish for a wonderful summer evening! We used our favorite olive oil from Gridelli for the recipe, and they just launched their new garlic olive oil which is insanely good. The beautiful bottle is designed by the talented Mikael Selin and it’s not only and eye catcher in your kitchen, and probably the most beautiful bottle of oil you will ever get your hands on, it’s also organic and just tastes heavenly.
