We absolutely love hosting these Pop-Up Cafés at St Oak, almost even more than the dinners. There is so much spontaneity and the amount of local people that show up each time is simply wonderful! Our dream is to have a permeant coffee shop in town one day, let’s see if the stars align 🙂

The selection of cakes was a mix of summery recipes, like our favorite gluten-free lemon cheese cake and then also some autumnal cakes, as it has been so cold here in Germany already. Here are the recipes for the cakes we served:
Lemon cheesecake with meringue
Walnut cake with poached peaches
Pumpkin loaf cake
Pecan-apple cookies with white chocolate 
Chocolate tart

The walnut cake with poached peaches completely sold old and was definitely the favorite. Which one would guys have picked?
