We both love to travel and want to share some impressions with you here. Due to Laura’s food allergies we can’t go out for dinner, so we always search for the most charming houses with a kitchen, when we are abroad. Cooking with local ingredients is how we get to know the food in another country. Enjoy easy travel recipes as well as lovely moments from on the road in this series.
Almost two weeks ago we spent the most wonderful week on a small danish island called Orø. We’ve already been there last year during summer and it was so nice to see the same place during a different season.
As we already told you in our last post, Nora made a very delicious and of course gluten-free swiss roll in Sweden. Finally we share the recipe with you guys today and some more lovely photos from Sweden.
We just returned back home after a wonderful weekend in Sweden with our dear friends Signe and Marie. First we drove to Copenhagen, where we enjoyed a delicious gathering in Signe’s gorgeous studio before we all headed to Sweden.
I feel like i say this all the time this year, but the last weeks have been more than crazy. I already moved more than ten times in my life, but moving with our studio seems to be the most chaotic move we experienced so far. In a week or two all the stress will be over, everything will be installed and we finally can start to work properly again.
Finally we get to share our pictures from Denmark with you. It's only two weeks ago that we've been there and it feels like it's been ages. It was our first vacation since quite a long time and while I first though a week of vacation would be a huge amount of time, in the end I could have easily stayed two weeks longer. We will remember this for the next vacation for sure!
