Furnishing our first holiday rental apartment St. Oak Apartments was definitely the best part of the whole renovation. As some of your guys might know our renovation journey will continue this year, as we are still working on our studio renovation and really hope to be done this autumn. In our heads the space is already finished of course and we really can’t wait to share it with you! When we moved out of our Berlin studio in 2020 it was never the plan that it would take so long, until we have a new studio space – but I guess things rarely work out as they are planned and now we are even more excited to have a big space for workshops and events soon again. We usually share a lot of behind the scenes from the renovations in our Instagram stories but thought it could be fun to do some blogposts during the renovation this time as well – would that be interesting for you guys? Anyways today we want to share some beautiful interior pieces that we chose for the Loft Apartment at St. Oak.
New Works has been always a favorite brand of ours and we are excited to team up with them and share some of their beautiful designs with you today. First of all the beautiful Blæhr vase is one of our all time favorite vases. We also have it in green at home and chose it in this stunning amber tone for St. Oak. We just love the unusual shape and the beautiful color, which matches so well with the beige linen curtains and also the green wall in the bedroom of the Loft Apartment. Another stunning piece is the Bukowski Chair from New Works. We decided to go for the version in walnut to match the beautiful library shelf system from Frama Cph. Another lovely item from New Works is the beautiful portable Kizu table lamp. We either place it in the shelf or also really like it on the sofa table, as an additional light source in the evening. Unser aller erstes Ferienapartment im St. Oak Apartments zu möblieren, war definitiv der schönste Teil der ganzen Renovierung. Einige von Euch wissen vielleicht, dass uns das Renovierungs-Chaos dieses Jahr noch erhalten bleibt, denn wir sind noch mitten dabei unser Studio zu renovieren und hoffen sehr bis zum Herbst fertig zu sein. In unseren Köpfen ist der ganze Space natürlich schon fertig eingerichtet und wir können es kaum erwarten es mit Euch zu teilen! Als wir 2020 aus unserem Studio in Berlin ausgezogen sind, war es natürlich niemals der Plan, dass es so lange dauert würde, bis wir mit unserem neuen Studio fertig sind. Aber wie es im Leben nun mal so ist – die Dinge entwickeln sich sleet so wie man sie plant und jetzt freuen wir uns umso mehr dieses Jahr endlich wieder einen großen Space für Workshops und Events zu haben. Normalerweise teilen wir behind the scenes von der Renovierung immer in unseren Instagram Stories aber wir dachten vielleicht wäre es ganz schön dieses Mal auch ein paar Posts von der Renovierung auf dem Blog zu teilen – wäre das interessant für Euch? Wie auch immer, heute wollen wir ein paar unserer Lieblingsstücke, die wir  für das Loft Apartment im St. Oak ausgewählt haben, mit Euch teilen.
New Works war schon immer eine unserer Lieblingsbrands aus Dänemark und wir freuen uns sehr mit ihnen zu kollaborieren und Euch ein paar unser favorites vorzustellen. Als erstes ist das natürlich die schöne Blæhr Vase , die wir zu Hause schon in grün haben. Für St. Oak haben wir sie in diesem schönen amber Ton ausgewählt, der ganz wunderbar zu den beigen Leinengardinen passt und auch zu der grünen Wand im Schlafzimmer des Loft Apartments.  Wir mögen vor allem die ungewöhnliche Form der Vase sehr und alle Blumensträuße sehen einfach immer wunderschön darin aus! Ein weiterer Favorit ist der Bukowski Chair vonNew Works. Wir haben uns für den Stuhl in Walnuss entschieden, da er so perfekt zum library shelf system von Frama Cph passt. Außerdem sind wir große Fans von der portable Kizu table Lampe. Sie sieht toll im Regal aus und manchmal stellen wir sie abends auch zum Sofa als extra Lichtquelle.
